Sharing: Meditation (Mental Hygiene)

Hey Atlanta, what’s your mental hygiene? Is it positive? Is it negative? Is it a mind that is focused & aware? I wake up in the morning, give my thanks for being allowed to see another day and right behind that, I take a deep breath, exhale & think…..I have a million things to do today!!

The way many of us live our lives: our day starts off with a hectic pace & a long to-do list, worrying about everything & trying to control everything! I’ve had stressful moments in my life & have realized the only thing that has ever brought calmness and clarity, has been meditation. To me meditation simply means: to just be present with your mind and soul, to observe your thoughts and feelings without judgement. Atlanta, I want you to learn to transform your mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy, from stressful to stress free. Because once you are able to understand and transform your mind….the inner peace you find is priceless!

And if you need a little help: I have information & links to helpful resources. Happy Meditation!
